We are a dynamic Chartered firm of accountants led by partners who are fellows of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). The partners are ably supported by an experienced and knowledgeable team including an ACCA-qualified accountant.

Meet our Team
Brian Goff FCA
Partner and Founder
Brian has over 50 years of experience as an accountant and just a few years after qualifying with ICAEW in 1972 decided to set up his own firm. Goff and Company has traded successfully in Emsworth since 1975.
When he is not in the office, Brian enjoys watching football and horseracing, spending time with his grandsons and walking his two dogs.
Chris Bond FCCA
Partner
Chris first joined Goff and Company for his school work-experience placement in 1985 and never really left! He continued to work in the office during school holidays and joined full time after completing his A Levels. He went on to gain his ACCA qualification in 1994 and became a partner in 2011.
He has comprehensive knowledge of all areas of accounting and taxation and enjoys meeting new clients.
In his spare time Chris enjoys surfing and mountain biking with his two children, now in their twenties, but also loves everything to do with cars and motorbikes – a complete petrolhead!
Charlotte McCauley FCCA
Charlotte joined Goff and Company in 2006 having already gained her ACCA qualification in 2003.
She is responsible for all aspects of general accounting, VAT, corporate and personal tax, payroll and bookkeeping and particularly enjoys training and developing staff and clients.
As a mum to two teenage children who swim competitively, she can often be found at the pool.
When Charlotte has any free time, it is generally spent watching Formula 1 and football with her family or baking.
Carly Parsons
Carly joined the team in 2017 and has a BSc in Mathematics and AAT Level 4 Diploma in Accountancy.
Carly deals with general accounting, VAT and bookkeeping.
Outside of work she enjoys watching crime dramas, Formula 1 and wrestling and likes eating cake. She is also a busy mum to 3 young children.
Sarah Green
Having joined the team in 2011 Sarah has gained a broad knowledge base of general accounting, VAT, payroll, bookkeeping and personal taxation. She is especially keen on bookkeeping and completing complex personal tax returns.
When not at work Sarah can be found on the golf course with her family or reading a good book.
Louise Abrehart
Lou is the newest member of the team, joining in 2018 as our in house payroll administrator.
She deals with all aspects of payroll, pensions and CIS but also welcomes bookkeeping for some added variety.
In her spare time, Lou enjoys dining out, cooking and holidays in the sun.
